Once the Software is implemented, it is necessary to extend the support and maintenance so that the software can remain stable with the changing business needs. We, the MBS Support Team, primarily focus on high-quality customer support services so that your business operation keeps flowing smoothly.
MaxxERP Desktop Software package includes free updates and support for the first 3-12 months as per the agreed terms following the purchase. After completion of the free support period, software support and upgrades will be provided only after renewing the software support and proactive maintenance contract (PMC) on an annual basis.
By having software support and maintenance, users avails free software upgrades and support, technology advancements, improved functionality, business continuity, maximized efficiency and beneath all “Peace Of Mind”.

Our software support team provides enhanced activities like:

  1. Any new feature released/enhancements introduced as per your MaxxERP Edition is updated at your end without any additional cost.
  2. Any new report launched as per your MaxxERP Edition is updated free of cost.
  3. Bugs reported by different clients are resolved/fixed and are updated under PMC contract.
  4. Software performance optimization and quality testing is constantly done by our support team.
  5. All your support queries related to different aspects of application/business are being responded via phone/email/ticket/online remote support.
  6. Out of the box assistance and consulting is provided on different challenges that you encounter in your business and our team shares their views/experience on the same thru email.
  7. Software Re-Installation during Server Migration / Hardware upgrade is being done from our end as a part of PMC.
  8. Re-Installation during client system formatting/migration is being done from our end as a part of PMC.
  9. Barcode printer / Laser Printer / Dot-Matrix Printer / Thermal printer connectivity / configuration are taken care.
  10. Sales Tax Amendments are being taken care under PMC.
  11. Accounts related queries during year end / auditing is assisted in the same.
  12. Financial year data split is assisted.
  13. Any technical assistance on data mismatch / wrong data entry / report formatting is being provided.
  14. User level access permissions & locking of business critical options are being advised and applied.
  15. Feedback, Suggestions & Ideas from different clients are welcomed and are worked upon which are available to you without any additional cost as a part of updates.
  16. Assistance on existing voucher print format corrections (minor) if any are taken care.
  17. Additional Cashier terminal configuration required during seasonal times for Retail Stores with MaxxERP Enterprise edition is assisted.
  18. Free SMS credits are allotted for Retail stores with MaxxERP Enterprise edition and MaxxAlerts Addon for Session & Day end messaging to owners / managers.
  19. For multi-branch & sync related operations, all data gets auto synchronized between various branches thru our MaxxDataConnector Cloud Application configured & hosted on a rented cloud server. The cloud server renewal and maintenance cost is taken care in the same.
  20. For multi-branch & sync related operations, we ensure that the cloud server is always live and the application is simplified for faster & flawless data exchange with complete clarity so that you do not miss out on any critical business data.

Support Services includes user support, technical support for high-volume, cost effective maintenance. Our team is continuously involved in implementing effective software monitoring tools for maximum efficiency.
