For partners with deeper ERP/IT capability who want to own the full client relationship, including Level-1 support. Unlike Referral and Sales Partner, this is not a flat-rate tier — it is a 5-level slab (Registered → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond) with a single commission rate that rises as the partner signs more new clients per year. The same rate applies to both new-sale revenue and renewal/recurring revenue from the partner’s entire client base for that year. The performance year runs from 1 April to 31 March (Indian financial year), and tier is locked for the full year and reassessed only once at 31 March each year.

All Sales Partner responsibilities, plus ongoing Level-1 functional support.
Single recurring commission rate (20%–40%) applies to both new sales and renewals, based purely on new clients signed in the year — see slab table in Clause 5.
Because the rate applies to renewals too, a strong year of new client signings lifts income from the entire existing book, not just new deals — and a quiet year (even with a large active base) resets the rate downward the following year.
Eligible for regional lead pass-on and tiered benefits (certification, dedicated account manager) from Silver upward.
